Where is my order?

If you need help tracking your order down, shoot us a note at support@hickies.com with the subject line “Where Is My Order.” Be sure to include your order confirmation number with it if you have it, and we’ll help you find it.

What shipping options do you offer?

Here are the shipping methods we offer at checkout:
  • USPS First-Class Mail Parcel (delivery within 5 business days)
  • 3-day select
  • Standard overnight

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, GooglePay and AmazonPay at this time.

Do you offer phone support?

We’re all about email. It’s the easiest way for us to stay in touch, so hit us up anytime at support@hickies.com.

Can I cancel my order?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, there might still be time for us to cancel your order. Send an email to support@hickies.com with the subject line “Cancel My Order” and include the order confirmation number if you have it. We’ll take care of the rest!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yep! Just choose expedited shipping as your shipping option at checkout, and we’ll make sure you get your HICKIES pronto! Shipping costs will depend on the carrier you choose, where your order is headed, and the amount of HICKIES packs you purchase.

How do I modify my order?

We can help! So long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it for you. Shoot us a note at support@hickies.com with the subject line “Modify My Order,” letting us know your order number and what needs to be changed. We’ll get to work!

I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

Get in touch! Let us know at support@hickies.com with the subject line “Order Not Received” and we’ll get to the bottom of it. Be sure to include your order number in your note.
